How much does a removal cost?
We will visit your home or give you an inventory list to determine cost of your move. On our visit a representative will walk through your home with you to assess all the elements that will influence the price of your move. If it isn't possible to visit your home as you are moving into the area, we will send you an inventory form for you to complete and a quotation will be given based on the inventory form.
How long will it take to get my quotation?
Generally you will be given your quotation on that day however, it may take longer if there is additional information required, in this instance we will endeavour to provide you with the quotation within 24 hours.
What size are your vehicles?
We have a fleet of vehicles that can cater for single item moves to large corporate relocations. Whilst your survey is being undertaken we assess as to what size vehicle (s) are to be used.
What do I do with our fridge and freezer?
Deep freezers / refrigerators should be defrosted at least 24 hours prior to removal and left to settle for 24 hours after delivery.
What time should I expect the vehicle on removal day?
Unless arranged otherwise your removal team will arrive in the morning between 8am and 9am of your removal day. If we encounter any delays on the journey we will keep you informed.
How do I pay for my removal?
Full payment is required by cleared funds in advance or on the removal date, payable by either cash or card.
